How you will make impact

As a passionate professional, you know what it takes to bring innovation projects to the market and to successful sales. In this challenging role, you enable end-user and customers to increase safety and efficiency in their daily work. With all your passion and creativity, you create ideas and answers to multidisciplinary challenges around the sales of products and you develop and drive go to market and sales strategies.

  • Initiate, lead and execute commercialization & sales of Safety Solutions Products at Solution2.0.
  • Share your experiences, expertise and skills with your colleagues by taking a leading role in the sales function of new projects.
  • Manage partnerships and alliances with industrial and commercial sales partners.
  • Travel national and international to meet customers, partners and players in the value chains.
  • Support the development of communication & marketing materials and coordinate revenue & lead-generating events.

In this role, you will report to Director New Business Solution2.0 with a functional reporting line to the Safety Solutions Platform leader. Your primary workplace is situated in Arnhem, The Netherlands.

Why you are perfect for this role

This challenging role requires a combination of strong sales skills, entrepreneurial spirit, external network development, business related knowledge and excellent communication skills.

  • Complete academic education (minimum bachelor) and a solid knowledge and network with at least 5 years job experience in marketing and sales of personal safety and protection (PPE) for professionals (e.g. utility, industry, police, military, firefighter).
  • Proven achievements in a variety of roles through multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams and the ability to transfer value proposition towards end-users with commercial success.
  • Practical project leadership experience including finalization of projects with the capability of creating structure and apply project management in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience of working with different marketing and sales tools.
  • You are technically proficient to work with different established and upcoming IT solutions.
  • You speak and write fluent English, an additional language is a plus.

The Safety Solutions team is focusing on safety, security and disaster mitigation solutions towards end-users. Our strategy is to lead the development and commerciali­za­tion of Teijin branded active & intelligent safety solutions in order to improve the personal safety & protection of pro­fessionals working under high stress or in hazardous environments.

Actual examples of our activities are Tactile Navigation, Active Cooling Vest and Smart Shoulder.
