Are you looking for a role where IT meets business and stakeholder management? Then join us in the role of Senior IT Support Engineer (EU User Care) to engage with your stakeholders and colleagues to drive projects to ensure successful delivery and user satisfaction related to Workplace Technology (WPT) initiatives throughout Europe.

You fulfill a role similar to a Business Relationship Manager for WTP and report directly to the Director of User Care Services. You will work closely with other Business Relations Managers and the businesses in Europe.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Promotes leadership through collaboration, cooperation and communication across functional areas to ensure goals are achieved;
  • Partners with Operations, EUC Technology, and the business to gather VOC to improve user satisfaction;
  • Drive EUC needs by capturing requirements, developing delivery plans and managing the execution of WPT initiatives;
  • Responsible for identifying constraints, testing and validating technical solutions, and deployment plans by coordinating with the technology and operations teams;
  • Responsible for driving resolution of critical user issues by partnering with various departments within Wolters Kluwer, as needed;
  • Lead EU End User Councils to discuss WPT initiatives;
  • Collaborate with User Care Specialists for end user training needs;
  • Provide troubleshooting/problem solving support; including interpreting information from the user, identify causes, determine solution and communicate back to the users.

Your profile

In addition to strong stakeholder management skills, you have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make logical/reasoned decisions. Colleagues describe you as organized, detail-oriented and an expert at multi-tasking. You give your commitment to meeting deadlines and have excellent writing, verbal communication, presentation and research skills. Furthermore you have:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Project Management experience is a plus
