About the job

You will help to build a nationwide physical footprint of Quin Doctors practices. Quin Doctors practices are our locations where, together with the GP team, we can further develop a new and future-proof omnichannel patient approach via our Quin platform. We believe that we can make the necessary shift to a future-proof GP landscape from the inside out. Having our own network of GP-practices is therefore a crucial part of our success.

Together with the Busines Development team you will acquire GP practices and form regional partnerships with entrepreneurial GPs. By using our back office and regional management services, we can unburden practice owners so they can focus on their patients and help entrepreneurial GPs realise their ambitions. Of course, fully equipped with our digital platform.

You will:

• Build a (regional) network in GP landscape and establish long-term relationships

• Build a (regional) strategy for acquiring and forming partnerships with GPs and execute this strategy

• Running the acquisition process from prospect (in- and outbound) to term sheet

• Be working with external acquisition partners

You will be valued for:

• WO working and thinking level, commercially strong

• Proven track record (4-6 years) in business development preferably in healthcare

• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations

• You are independent and self-starting

• A link or network in GP landscape is of great advantage
