Talent Acquisition Specialist at SmartLockr

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for our recruiting process from end to end. Together with our People Manager, you will continuously try to improve our candidate experience and Talent Acquisition. You will manage the recruitment process and develop strategies to make sure we find the best candidates for SmartLockr.

Your daily tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of the recruiting process (sourcing, approaching and screening);
  • First point of contact for candidates;
  • Approach candidates through different socials;
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience;
  • Update, track and document candidate records in our applicant tracking system;
  • Work on various projects to improve our talent acquisition and attraction;


Who you are

  • Bachelor or higher degree;
  • 0-2 years of experience as a recruiter or related role;
  • Proactive and can-do attitude, always looking for improvements;
  • Able to pick things up quickly;
  • Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication in Dutch and English is a must.
