We need you!

For our young and passionate team, we are looking for a B2B and Field Marketing Intern. Working in the Field Marketing team within the Benelux Growth Team, you will work in close collaboration with your colleagues in the other Growth marketing departments (i.e. Partnerships), as well as the global team in Berlin. Your main goal will be the expansion of the B2B portfolio & driving key B2B projects, as well as supporting the Field Marketing team with their marketing initiatives (i.e. Door-to-door & event sales, telemarketing, etc.).

You’ll be working on:

  • Handling the large variety of incoming B2B requests
  • Pro-actively expanding the B2B portfolio by acquiring new B2B partners
  • Further developing the B2B proposition, in close collaboration with the Partnerships team, as well as the Content & Design team
  • Identifying new field marketing sales opportunities (i.e. telemarketing, event sales locations, etc.)
  • Developing training materials for our sales partners
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives

Are you our new colleague?

You are enrolled in or have just completed a commercial HBO/WO study and now want to learn more about sales & marketing, and B2B sales in particular. You enjoy negotiating, pro-actively reaching out to new partners and developing your own network. You are energetic and work independently. You enjoy setting up and developing processes and know how to break down a big project into smaller parts. You know how to prioritize your tasks. You are a strong communicator and a strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership and “makes things happen”. You do not shy away from a challenge and are able to perform in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment. Excel, analysis, and business cases are core business for you, and you are fluent in English and a native Dutch.
