Main purpose of the role

  • Deliver GV ambition to create a strong global supply chain platform serving all OpCos and channels.
  • Streamline and implement Forward strategy (Product Value Chain, Organization of the Future and omnichannel ambition) on the CFOPS (Customer Fulfillment and Operations Scope) in close cooperation with HQ functional leads and OpCo teams.

The CFOPS transformation Director will be specifically responsible of:

1. Leading Supply chain portfolio of projects related to Forward transformation

  • Steer Product categories portfolio of project (project governance, progress and risks Mgt, resources Mgt, …)
  • Manage stakeholders to facilitate alignment and coordination (HQ Products, CFOPS, CX&D IT and OpCos leaders)
  • Deliver a robust change management program (leadership & teams buy-in, communication, training) with the support of HR
  • Develop and coach its team of CFOPS project leads and contribute to the development of GV transformation capability

Supply chain project portfolio includes set-up of a global and omni-channel RFH network operated with standard processes & tools, deployment of new ways of working related to S&OP & forecasting, Master data and quality processes as well as new organization & skills.

2. Manage coordination with any other CFOPS initiatives

  • Manage dependencies with any other on-going Supply Chain initiatives at HQ or OpCo level
  • Continuous search and care about any new business projects that will contribute to GV global supply chain platform ambition

Key performance indicators

Achievement of GV Forward objectives related to the global products platform:

  • Service levels (suppliers lead-time, OTIF, best-sellers availability in stores, …)
  • Supply Chain costs
  • DSI

Required qualifications/level of education

Engineer school Master degree

Core competencies/ Personal attributes

  • Ability to drive Mgt decisions and align stakeholders while coaching efficiently and inspiring teams. Candidate should demonstrate strong Leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver complex projects. candidate should be an excellent business operator with analytical mindset, problem solving, critical thinking and fast learning skills
  • Finally, candidate should be highly adaptable to new environments; with a natural ability to embrace learning and develop through experience. High level of energy and ambition to realise a positive impact.
  • Positive, customer first, can do attitude.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • 5-7 years’ experience in supply chain in specialized distribution (Eyewear, cosmetics, fashion, clothing)
  • 5-7 years’ experience in delivering complex business transformation initiatives (as an internal or external strategy consultant)
  • Strong knowledge of English (written & spoken)

Future potential/ learning agility/ growth opportunities.

Candidate could evolve into a position of CFOPS director at HQ or OpCo level.
