Main purpose of the role

Support RFH strategy deployment:

Co-design with OPCO’s team’s business ready manufacturing solutions (centralization targets and capacity plans)

  • define and track, on a monthly basis edging, mounting and raw lenses targets per OPCO
  • support business growth on defining OPEX /CAPEX capacity solutions with OPCOs
  • define services costs in line with RFHs budgets and OPCO’s volumes commitments
  • define OPCO’s production SLA ( quality,and service requirements, service’s costs)

Design the standard RFH network production tool core model:

  • standard lay out and organization for production (production ranges / process steps / work instructions)
  • support business growth on defining OPEX /CAPEX capacity solutions with OPCOs
  • drive the production EHS policy (safety standards, waste and recycling management and improvement)
  • define process self-inspection protocol
  • define standard maintenance protocol (levels 1,2 and 3), spare part policy management (urgent parts vs costs)

Enable interoperability between RFH: production and quality standardization

  • update the production consolidate reporting (lead time, service, remaining capacity and costs)
  • set up and manage the Production orders back up plan with RFH’s and suppliers
  • propose volumes distribution across the network considering service and costs

Evaluate solutions partner’s and non-dependency strategy

  • evaluate new edging, conveying and mounting technologies
  • elaborate the supplier’s non dependency policy based on supplier’s audit and global equipment balancing

Support RFH efficiency

Production KPI tree design and implementation

  • organization and rituals alignment
  • set up the standard KPI’s tree for production focusing on activity and production P&L

Implement new processes in link with cost controlling:

  • validate actual VSM, CI projects services or financial impact after implementation (production ranges definition)
  • update VSM, ABC model and P&L impacts

Accountable for new solutions investments and ROI

Required qualifications/ level of education

Master’s degree in Engineering

Core competencies/Personal attributes

  • Data driven
  • Leadership and unifying project teams

Key skills, knowledge & experience

  • 5 to 7 years in industrial position, production manager or methods office manager
  • SAP PP

Strong mechanical bases (automation, machining, maintenance)
