RB is looking for a passionate Senior Innovation Analyst to be part of our business and unleash the power of the data by providing meaningful insights on innovation. The position is for in the Global Consumer Insights and Data Analytics team.

The Consumer Insights and Data Analytics team runs large-scale consulting and analytics to identify and generate actionable insights for our brands and markets, using a wide variety of best-in-class tools. In this environment, we are looking for talented people with the ability to navigate our business, engage with senior stakeholders, propose creative ways to communicate the problem and ways to solve it through data capabilities – slice and dice the data, correlate, explore KPIs, trends and help brands set their strategy and innovation.

It is a proper end-to-end consulting role, but the person we are looking for also needs to be hands-on with a strong affinity for crunching data.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior brand and insights leaders to provide actionable recommendations that can transform brands and markets.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Use data to uncover innovations for categories (products, claims, technology, ingredients, etc).
  • Embed innovation data capabilities and reporting into category and markets
  • Support brands‘ strategy, innovation pipeline and activation processes with data
  • Diagnose strategic threats and opportunities for the brands/ markets
  • Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to optimize existing tools and processes

What are we looking for?

  • Expereince with proactively driving business insights via real-time performance analytics
  • Constructing quantified actionable steps through insights
  • Communicating the value of insights to business
  • Analyzing Retail and consumer data. Ex: Nielsen, Kantar, etc...
  • Creating story-led presentation to illustrate insights and guide the business
  • Working with reporting tools such as Power BI.
