Type: 3 month initial contract+ possible extension
Remote: This work can be done remotely although you may occasionally be asked to go to the office in Newcastle

Job Purpose and Scope:
Methods is an accredited ServiceNow partner and due to significant growth and success is expanding its ServiceNow practice. Reporting into the ServiceNow Architect, the ServiceNow Test Manager validates the application functionality configured or customized by System Administrators and Application Developers. This individual possesses knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications, how they are used internally, and is able to interpret and validate technical specifications. The ServiceNow Test Manager is an uncompromising quality engineer that brings a detail-oriented nature and the ability to think from the users’ perspective.
