CRM Specialist

We built a great Salesforce instance for Adyen and we are looking for a CRM Specialist that will help with maintaining, configuring, iterating and innovating the application. We are in need of a highly energetic, proactive, and creative administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

With the growing usage of Salesforce among the different commercial teams we see more and more opportunities for developing the connection between this powerful CRM and the rest of the organisation.

In this role you will have great focus on automating operational tasks and develop a salesforce instance that is driving efficient and scalable processes.

You are knowledgeable in the world of Salesforce and have the experience to prove it. You enjoy working with people and creating products leading to great user experiences. Our internal users expect proactive communication and constant innovation.

What you’ll do:

  • Configure, develop and implement enhancements of a complex Salesforce instance;
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Suggest tangible improvements to the system configurations;
  • Do the heavy lifting of implementing new features that support processes within the commercial teams;
  • Work on the current instance, collect feedback from stakeholders;
  • Continuously improve the application as well as ensure post-production support;
  • Provide users with technical support and best practices;
  • See identified problems through until they are resolved
  • Use your critical mindset by exploring the context and knowing the ‘why.’
  • Think of creative solutions: You are not restricted by conventional concepts. Your opinion will matter right from the start!

Who you are:

  • Salesforce Sales cloud experience is a must;
  • Salesforce Configuration and Admin experience (5+ year experience):
  • Salesforce certificates is nice to have
  • You have eye for detail and you take ownership;
  • You are a team player;
  • Experienced in translating business problems into configurations;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
