Assistant Manager Partnership Marketing - Affiliate Acquisition

In this role, you will be part of the Affiliate Marketing channel and help to drive the adidas & Reebok business across Europe. You will be supporting the team with the recruitment of new publishers with a focus on small emerging markets and help with the optimization of current partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for the affiliate recruitment and end to end implementation on a day to day basis in our European markets for the adidas and Reebok brands.
• Establish long term effective relationships with our key affiliate publishers.
• Drive innovative campaigns with our new affiliate and CSE partners in order to support acquisition of new customers
• Work closely with our affiliate networks to insure a streamlined communication with our partners
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure affiliates are supporting wider corporate objectives
• Facilitate reporting, optimisation and analysis of the progress regarding the partner portfolio accross Europe

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or Master degree required in Marketing/Communication/Economics
• 1-2 years affiliate marketing experience.
• Proficient in written & spoken English; any additional European language is a plus.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite, HTML, Adobe Analytics.
• Working knowledge of Partnerize and/or other affiliate networks is a plus.
