Given the growing workload for our HR-team we are looking for an additional HR Officer to join us. Together with the HR Team you will be responsible for all HR matters relating to eVision internal and external staff, working in the Netherlands but also at our foreign branches. As eVision is a fast growing and international company, working within the HR team offers lots of challenges and opportunities for professional growth.

What are your accountabilities?

As HR Officer your accountabilities will include (but not be limited to):

HR Support:

  • Act as point of contact and support for employees and managers for addressing and resolving day-to-day HR issues. Coordinates with HR Manager on any complicated issues.
  • Assists with the development of internal HR processes and procedures.
  • Processing personnel mutations in the Personnel and Salary information system Profit/AFAS.
  • Drafting contracts and other HR documents relating to promotion, sick leave, declaration of employment, relieving letters, etc.
  • Ensuring that all personnel files and documents are up-to-date available digitally in Profit/AFAS.
  • Onboarding of (inter)national staff: applying for knowledge migrant permits and 30% rulings.
  • When necessary, providing administrative support in HR projects.

Learning & Development:

  • Engage with the global business to explore, understand and align its priority goals with solid learning objectives and results.
  • Drive TNAs (Training Needs Analyses) and lead the end-to-end operational design of Learning & Development solutions to support all various teams and their different disciplines.
  • Work cross-functionally and cross-regionally to set and maintain standards for Learning & Development aligned to our core company values and the core competencies that come with these values.
  • Coordinate and enhance Development programmes, across the whole employee lifecycle (onboarding, specialist education, management training, and wellbeing programs).
  • Create and maintain learning content, aligned to the overall company’s performance management strategy.
  • Coordinate, deliver and measure the impact of learning programs for multicultural audiences at different levels and disciplines.
  • Investigate the company’s specific requirements for a Learning Management System or other learning platforms when necessary.
  • Propose and set-up new job descriptions and manage them across the job structure.

Labor Law:

  • Support the continuous improvement of Dutch and International labor law processes, while monitoring regulations and new legal requirements.
  • Responsible for contract management in line with internal and legal requirements.

What are we looking for in you?

Your experience, skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Excellent skills in the HR/Payroll software system Profit/AFAS or related HR software.
  • Working knowledge of Dutch labor law and social security.
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Native Dutch speaker with a strong command of the English language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence to interact with people at all levels.
  • Preferably you have worked in an international company

Furthermore:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a supporting HR position.
  • You have a methodical and well organized approach to work and are able to prioritize work and work accurately.
  • You are enthusiastic, self-motivated and enjoy working within a small team.
  • You have integrity and are able to deal with confidential information.
  • You have a proactive attitude and a professional approach to our internal customer.
  • You are comfortable with dealing with a heavy workload.
  • You are able to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
