What you will do

To keep supporting our fast-growing company, we are looking for an IT support intern! The position will require onsite and remote troubleshooting with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests and incidents on our IT service desk.
  • Configure & troubleshoot endpoint devices, operating system, POS, desktop\kiosk applications, and all IT hardware located on-site
  • Diagnose general network issues from the client up to the core infrastructure
  • Document system standards with written procedures and processes
  • Provide remote support to remote sites across regions
  • Configure and maintain our G-Suite and SSO environments
  • Assist with webinars and global meetings
  • SSO management

Qualifications

  • Passionate about tech and IT
  • Has knowledge of Desktop and Network support
  • Experience troubleshooting client-side network (DHCP, DNS, Static IP) problems
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow to meet established timeframes
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up
  • PowerShell or Python experience is a plus
  • Basic Terminal and CLI skills is a plus
