Job specific responsibilities / tasks

  • The first line of contact for incoming matters through online channels
  • Assist the account managers in their commercial and administrative activities
  • Making sure that the team delivers successful solutions for our clients based on their needs and objectives
  • Execution of promotional activities for our clients
  • Contribute to commercially related projects

Requirements

  • Loves to work in a dynamic and creative startup environment.
  • Commercial and/or customer service experience is a plus
  • Flexible attitude towards work
  • Accurate & organised
  • Fluent in Dutch (in speech and writing)
  • Preferably fluent in English (in speech and writing) as you are working in an international environment

We expect you to play an important and supportive role in our account management team, you’ll be the 'go-to' guy or girl for the account managers who service Dutch and British clients. You will contribute to our number one goal: quality management to meet customer needs so that we can exceed our clients’ expectations. By making sure that we work in the perfect conditions, the team is able to meet the targets we set as a company.
