As the face of Vision Express, you’re there to help customers through their journey with us – from a warm welcome, through to help with selecting the right products for their needs. You’ll get to know your customers, putting them at ease and get a real feeling of satisfaction from helping them look and feel great. The beauty of this role is that no two days are ever the same. It is up to you to bring our brand alive through providing the best customer care every step of the way. You’ll be quick to build a rapport with customers from booking their appointments, completing eye health screening and helping select the best eye care solutions for them.
