When you join our graduate management scheme you will become a future leader. Starting as an Assistant Manager you’ll learn the ropes, supporting the running of a Mitchells & Butlers business. We’ll give you the tools and guidance to be a General Manager behind the bar of your own business in 2 years.

  • Be a champion of brand standards
  • Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business

  • Need a degree at 2:2 or above
  • Have a passion for hospitality (if you know, you know!)
  • Be a role model of giving great service
  • Be a good communicator
  • Be ready for anything the day throws at you (not literally)

Assessment centres for the role are held every 4 weeks in one of our central London venues if successful you'll be invited to come to meet the team.
