Leatherhead marine department supports the entirety of KBR energy solutions division, including international offices such as Chennai, Baku, Singapore and Perth.

Today KBR continues to deliver innovative and effective marine engineering solutions to enhance existing, upcoming and future needs as we head towards a sustainable World and a Net Zero capability. The Marine department has ongoing experience in offshore platforms, FPSOs, FLNG, semi-submersibles, offshore floating windfarms, NUI’s and autonomous facilities.

What You Will Be Doing

Upon joining KBR you will be enrolled in a structured Graduate Programme with 2 years under a professional mentor to assist you in working towards Chartership. As part of this programme, you will get the opportunity to experience different roles in different areas of the business.

As a graduate engineer you will take on tasks ranging from launch analysis of a jacket, to machinery space layouts and hydrodynamic analysis of a hull. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of disciplines within KBR, as well as vendors, sub-contractors and global clients such as BP, Shell and Woodside.

Projects you might be involved in

Our graduates are currently working on a variety of floating and fixed platforms across the globe; from Australia through the Middle East to Canada.

  • Various LNG Plants and Terminals
  • North Caspian Operating Company
