THE ROLE

Based at our Global HQ at Baker Street, the Digital Development Team is looking to recruit a Digital Implementation Analyst (internal title will be Analytics and Implementation Specialist, to be exact!) who will execute and analyse marketing campaigns, deliver results and implement a ‘test and learn’, continuous improvement approach.

Working very closely with the development team as well as digital agencies, you will ensure that tracking is implemented correctly and represented correctly in Google Analytics. You will also be responsible for testing these implementations.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Mapping and managing tracking of the website to meet the reporting and analytics requirements across multiple functions and platforms.
  • Owning the deployment and accuracy of tracking and ensure we are GDPR compliant with regards to what we track.
  • Identifying tracking requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and developing new metrics if needed.
  • Campaign tracking, reporting, analyses to support ongoing digital performance monitoring.
  • Dashboarding, running heatmaps, AB testing, communicating outcomes, insights & recommendations.
  • Co-ordinating, prioritising and documenting tracking requirements.
  • Training teams/individuals on GA usage/ad hoc queries to enable self-service across the business.
  • Working closely with the Digital agencies to ensure the correct data is being collected around various marketing campaigns
  • Automation of web performance reports to enable quick access to data.
  • Linking data points and sources to provide business with an overview of a full user journey from Acquisition to Goal Completion.
  • Data collection, interpretation and presentation.

  • You are online (digital and social media) savvy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics & Excel.
  • A friendly personality – you’ll join a close-knit and sociable team!

Nice-to-haves

  • Online (digital and social media) savvy.
  • Understanding of SEO desirable.
  • Knowledge of Power BI an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Tag Commander is advantageous.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
