RTB House Benelux B.V., part of RTB House Group is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager, who will execute high-standard B2B sales in the Benelux region. If it feels like the right type of challenge for you - contact us!

What you will do:

  • identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers;
  • generate sales by handling all aspects of sales cycle from prospecting to close partner with technical and account management teams;
  • execute customer communications via telephone or email, in line with standards and procedures;
  • elevate client relationships at all business levels;
  • create formal offers and present them to potential customers;
  • deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction;
  • report on the status of sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers;
  • develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions.

Requirements:

  • extensive experience in B2B direct sales to companies working in the online environment (preferably e-commerce, performance marketing, retargeting) in the Netherlands and/or Benelux region;
  • knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising markets;
  • experience and existing network ideally in both Mid-Market as well as Large customer sales;
  • demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans;
  • ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company;
  • sales process ownership with leadership characteristics, engaging all stakeholders to deliver exceptional results;
  • strong work ethic and ability to prioritize;
  • Dutch language is a must;
  • fluency in English (C1 level).
