About the Role

Uber Eats is looking for a leader who can take charge of KAM across EMEA to ensure that we are the most loved delivery platform by our Enterprises and Brands. This role calls for a combination of relationship management, business strategy, and leadership. You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, thrive in startup culture, and above all be passionate about food.

We are moving a mile a minute to make sure that Uber eaters, restaurant partners, and delivery partners are able to experience the magic of Uber Eats. This is a critical role that will help our local markets to increase the penetration of the most relevant brands in their countries, build strong relationships with our partners to help them being successful in the food delivery market and look ahead to identify new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Own Partnerships: Manage and develop strategic partnerships with the largest enterprise partners; from leading commercial discussions to solving major operational constraints.

Build tools and processes: Use your analytical ability combined with operational rigour to build tools and processes that your team can use to drive forward partnership KPIs.

Strategy and Planning: Work closely with local and central team to build a Enterprise Partner Management strategy for the most relevant brands in EMEA: deciding which partnerships you should prioritise and setting ambitious goals to develop those relationships.

Be on the ground: Being in touch with market, frequent meetings with Key Accounts and truly focus on building trust and creating a joint business plan.

Partner with internal teams: Be the best partner for countries AMs teams to help Central and Global teams support our needs on the field to develop the business of our main partners.

Build the future: Understand market dinamycs and partners objectives to build ad-hoc proposal for our partners (virtual kitchen, dine-in, analytics...)
