The rapid expansion of Rituals in all channels (retail stores, WHS locations, outlets and Travel) requires a strong centralized Instore Communication support.

The purpose of this job is to create a strong customer journey using a clear process. The goal is to have high level output of strong qualitative Instore Communication materials (commercial and on brand), briefings and to lead specific Rituals Instore Communication projects related to the International promotional and marketing calendar.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

As an Instore Communication specialist, you will be in charge of developing Instore Communication materials for the most optimal Customer Journey in Rituals Points of Sale in line with international marketing campaigns, international promotions and (new) special projects (innovation of Instore communication materials). You are responsible for the planning, development and management of these different Instore Communication materials for all retail stores, WHS locations, outlets, Travel and Spa locations.

Taking as basis the International Marketing back-planning, commercial and customer insights, set up and manage a project list for each campaign/promotion and the (new) special projects. You will identify key needs and milestones, work really close together with traffic, agency, promotion- and campaign team, submit internal briefings, give feedback to your counterparts, participate in test-build ups, sign off assets / tools with key stakeholders, etc.

These developments are including but not limited to content creation (briefings to the internal agency and campaign team for Instore Communication materials with specific photography and copy); development of promotional tables, pop-ups and windows (in cooperation with the store design and promotion teams); adaptation and, occasionally, creation of Instore Communication materials for premium & signature stores to optimize customer experience. Ensuring that all deliverables are in line with the International Marketing and Promotional calendar and commercial objectives, you will monitor and report on effectiveness of implemented tools (full evaluation)

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-6 years of working experience (in Retail/FMCG or a large advertising agency).
  • Experience in working for cosmetics brands is appreciated
  • At least a BA degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Strong project management skills and experience in implementing cross-functional projects
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • International background is a plus
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • You are an energetic team-player, a structured self-starter with an eye for detail. You’re highly organized and flexible at the same time, always striving to do better.
  • Microsoft Excel / Power Point – advanced level
