Primary industry players are Charge Point Operators (CPO’s), who operate charge points and make them available to drivers, and eMobility Service Providers (MSP’s), who make sure drivers of electric vehicles can charge when and where they need to.

These players need to build and manage their infrastructures, connect with other charging networks and drivers, invoice their customers, and enhance their customers’ charging experience via advanced data-driven services. For many companies, these roles are new and their current core activity is in fleet management, utilities, IT integration, construction or building and energy management.

Who we're looking for:

As Sales Enablement Manager, you will be part of our ambitious and rapidly expanding sales team that knows how to identify and win opportunities with the fastest growing charging management Platform as a Service (PaaS), Everon, a next generation global, scalable and multi-tenant e-mobility cloud platform which enables businesses to manage and operate EV-charging infrastructure.

You will focus on providing our sales team with all relevant information, content, and tools that support our team to successfully engage the customers throughout the sales process and customer journey. You are key in scaling and refining our go-to-market efforts. You will work from our head office in Amsterdam, reporting directly to the CRO.

Your daily activities will consist of:

Enabling Electrifying Customer Journeys

  • Develop and maintain a clear commercial approach to deliver our Customer Journey, including market, buyer personas, pain-solution alignment, positioning/messaging, offerings, implementation and support
  • Design the Buyer and Customer Journey with key value realization points, keep it fresh through frequent participation in role plays, customer calls, and marketing events
  • Partner with Marketing to develop messaging and monitor lead management SLAs, including scoring, routing, notification, and follow up
  • Maximize customer retention by reviewing the retention program the service teams utilize, work with these teams to implement any changes needed

Operate & Optimize

  • Decreasing new hire ramp time, improving overall productivity, and ensuring process consistency/adoption to ensure we deliver world class customer engagement
  • Take high-level business growth goals and define metrics and reports/dashboards that analyze the health of the business and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making
  • Work with CRO to coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for the commercial organizations. Implement and execute global territory and/or segment planning
  • Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement and assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Implement and maintain enabling technologies, including CRM, to customer facing teams
  • Monitor the commercial organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data
  • Oversee sales compensation plan administration ensuring sufficient resources are assigned to adequately administer sales compensation programs

Content

  • Work with marketing to develop Sales Playbooks to help sellers build fluency around our product
  • Help the sales team create customized pitch decks in alignment with the core marketing slides
  • Create a monthly sales newsletter to highlight key wins and best practices, keep sales informed of product updates and provide key resources to support the sales process

Team

  • Establish and continuously revise a recruitment and retention model, driven off defined core competencies and skills required for each role
  • Maintain sales methodology certification programs across the commercial organization
  • Deploy coaching and training framework to ensure sellers receive consistent coaching towards sales excellence

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
  • You have at least 5 years relevant sales or sales enablement experience; ideally with Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS); previous active sales experience is a major plus
  • In-depth knowledge or willingness to quickly acquire the EV sector: you might be already driving an EV or are truly inspired by and passionate about the EV industry in general
  • You show affinity with renewable technologies, product and service innovation
  • Experience with sales CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • You have a successful track record of being a top performer, exceeding quarterly and annual commercial targets
  • You have the ability to care for multiple projects and deliverables within tight timelines
  • You possess strong stakeholder management and project management skills
  • You thrive in a growing, fast-paced startup environment, by being a true self-starter
  • You are ready for the autonomy that comes with building new processes and tools and managing multiple projects
  • You have the ability to translate data from feedback to improvements to both content and process
  • You are naturally curious and caring towards customers and prospects and thrive on experimentation and innovating the sale process
  • You value feedback and are open to continuously learn and develop further both personally and professionally
  • Be open to the hustle, we are a small team with great responsibility and passion to succeed
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
