FLANNELS is the luxury fashion destination for men and women, home to an edit of over 200 brands from established international designers to contemporary labels. We're currently recruiting for a Online Category Assistant within one of our Fashion fascias.
ROLE PURPOSE: Work within the online Category team to drive sales, online merchandising, workflow management and improving the speed to market of new product.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring products have the required data and imagery to launch on time and working to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales on site.
- Prioritise the workflow of new product setup with third party partners.
- Produce daily and weekly reports for the Online Category teams on progress of on-boarding products online alongside the Capita team.
- Report on online trade for specified category highlighting key information to the Category Manager.
- Maintain strong brand relationships ensuring strong understanding of seasonal priorities and launches.
- Optimise site navigation, customer journey and product placement to drive online sales.
- Maintain and update all documentation regarding product information and attributes.
- Prioritise workflow in reaction to communications of upcoming trading and product promotions both internally and externally.
- Support Online Category teams in delivering seasonal promotion and price amendments across the website, in line with company trading calendar.
- Support the delivery of online stock targets, by ensuring sale and return stock, discontinued stock, and transfers and recalls are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Optimise site and customer journey during daily site walks and data analysis.
- Produce insight information for both internal and external discussions.
- Be and active and positive contributor to the team, always willing to represent the category team and be prepared to own the extra mile.

- Participate in projects or carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the company.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, preferably within a business/numeric related subject
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan and organise your workload
- Advanced Excel skills preferable
