Your role
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for investigating Managed Print support issues and escalating, where necessary, to the relevant internal team and/or 3rd party. As expected on any support desk it can be challenging but is also extremely rewarding when you see the issue through to resolution.
Your role will include troubleshooting managed print related tickets; working closely with our software and hardware 3rd parties to resolve faults; manage managed print ticket updates to Customers, 3rd Parties and Vendors through to resolution.
