Role Overview

Working in the Global Claims team reporting directly to the Chief Claims Officer. There is a close interaction with the Regional leaders, coordinating information required centrally and responding to their requests for assistance or information. The role includes the responsibility for recording, analysing, and the reporting of data on claims for clients providing insight and analysis, identifying current claim trends. There is also responsibility for a number of internal reporting functions. In working with carriers, you will lead the review and preparation of performance analysis material for each major carrier, this data being used to assess their respective claims performance. Working in conjunction with the Marketing team, you will be instrumental in the development and release of marketing and sales material.


  • Monthly revenue recording and reporting for Advocacy and Claims Solutions, to include budgeting and end of year revenue forecasts.
  • ‘Deep dive’ revenue analysis/ dealing with regional queries arising from revenue decks.
  • Use the ICG claims survey data to produce a report for each major carrier (26) to assess their respective claims performance.
  • Executive updates on Puerto Rico Nat Cat claims.
  • Work with Lucy (FAS Ops) to produce the monthly Claims Solutions dashboard.
  • Produce slide decks as required (PR, Presentations, Revenue restatement, for Conferences/Execs etc).
  • Obtain claims data from the Regions and produce a quarterly specialty claims dashboard.
  • Produce monthly executive claims report from the SCD. Send out escalation reports on a weekly basis to Regions to ensure compliance.
  • Work with Marketing to produce sales and marketing collateral for Claims Solutions, this will become more specialty and industry specific moving forwards.
  • Maintain and update the Claims Solutions Ceros page, including the translated versions from other region, as well as the Advocacy Toolkit site and the Claims Solutions database.
  • Run the FAS weekly opportunity sales meeting in the UK and keep MF updated off the back of this.
  • Client research ahead of large Claims Solutions pitches.
  • Respond to ad hoc regional requests for assistance (data, pitches, information etc).
  • Involvement in various projects where required (Claims data, Cyber etc).

Skills and experience

  • Excellent ability to work on own initiative and without close management
  • Ability to work with very senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Ideally from a Claims background, but not essential
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
