Do you have strong legal knowledge and practical experience in managing a range of HR topics in the UK and Ireland? Do you have solid understanding of how to create HR policies and training sessions to build managers’ capabilities? Do you have strong experience in managing ER cases and thrive in a fast-paced matrix organizational environment? Do you understand what makes for a good employee experience? Do you have a track record of achieving results both independently and through using a team?

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our EMEA Regional HR Team. This role will be based in our London office and you will form part of a team based across multiple locations in EMEA.

In this role, you will report to the Senior HR Manager based in London and you will provide regional HR expertise to resolve employee experience, employment and performance related issues. You will work in partnership with local and international leaders, HR Business Partners, COE teams and Legal to ensure timely delivery of high-quality HR activity enabling business needs.

What you will do:

  • Coach and support first time managers to senior leaders on employee related issues, such as organizational changes, performance management, grievance, disciplinary and investigation, ill-health and absence issues, etc.
  • Be the expert and consultant to the business and HR colleagues on employment topics and own the employee experience
  • Be involved and own topics related to our employee experience in region and drive for cross function collaboration
  • Build and implement training programs to develop managers’ capabilities
  • Be part of global projects with colleagues around the world to develop common practices and consistent approaches
  • Identify opportunities in HR Processes to drive improved effectiveness and employee experience

Who you are:

You’ll fit this role if you have:

  • Passion and strong expertise in UK Employment Law
  • Sound judgment. Pragmatic and commercial, able to develop multiple options and assess risk
  • Proven ability to build strong and productive relationships with stakeholders and successfully represent the overall People Services function
  • Drive for results and gets things done
  • Proven ability to diagnose and synthesize chronic themes that requires change and successfully recommend solutions, in addition to acting in a 'hands on' role to drive results
  • You will be comfortable organizing, prioritizing and handling multiple assignments simultaneously
  • You will have superb communication skills including effective listening, writing and presentation skills
