Minimum qualifications:

As a Sales manager, you'll lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for Google Customer Solutions (GCS) client relationships and leading the engagement with advertising clients in the Polish market. You'll work as a team with a wide variety of clients delivering the optimal advertising solution for every partner and their clients. Your knowledge of advertising landscape, online media combined with your business skills and analytical abilities will shape how new and existing agency business grow.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for and strengthen agency relations through C-level meetings and speaking engagements. Deliver business growth, engagement and client satisfaction targets for a portfolio of GCS managed agencies in assigned market.
  • Recruit, lead and grow the team of GCS sales account strategists to ensure high agency satisfaction, enhanced portfolio health, and that business objectives are met.
  • Coach a team and help them engage with key stakeholders. Build and actively manage effective long-term agency planning process.
  • Help develop necessary infrastructure and processes of future planning. Initiate and run strategic initiatives to further develop new and existing direct businesses.
  • Work closely with the Head of GCS to align global priorities.
