The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. As a Video Strategy and Activation Lead, you will play a key role in defining and delivering EMEA’s post-sales strategy for Video Products. You will work with sales leaders to drive successful product activation. You will identify and analyze post-sales opportunities, align plans across stakeholders and focus sales teams on addressing them. You will drive innovation by managing the deployment of new products and features in Dublin, including collecting and prioritizing product feedback together with the relevant Product Expert. You will enable best practice sharing by managing programs for the relevant specialist communities. You will work on, and often lead, projects defined by the Global, EMEA and Dublin management teams.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
