Minimum qualifications:

You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how we deliver customer success in the Alpine marketplace. As Head of Sales, you will anticipate market trends, identify customer needs, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

As Head of Sales, you are central to setting our strategy for the Alpine markets and work with our in market teams to align on the vision for wider market. You will set the standards and define the sales culture, assess the structure and strategy of the business, and be a thought leader in both an Alpine and Central Europe context, reporting directly to the Managing Director of that business. In this role, you will define how to maximize growth and drive team performance and product/solution enhancements to deliver an excellent client experience and business performance at scale.

  • Deliver on goals for the markets and drive sales performance to meet growth expectations.
  • Collaborate across Central European, EMEA, and Global teams to both learn and share best practices, and drive broader success.
