Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in consultative and client-facing sales roles.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Relevant experience with consultative sales and account management (e.g., media agency sales, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and manage multiple tasks with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of seeking additional opportunities.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal and prioritization skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills. Ability to communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.

As an Account Manager, you'll develop and manage relationships directly with Government/Public sector in Russia. You're a focused, proactive self-starter who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You'll act as an advisor, consultant and advocate for clients within Google. You will use your analytical skills to grow existing business, develop and win new business, and support the team with account and market knowledge. As an Account Manager, you will help grow Russian customers and their investment in Google through building trusted relationships and developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges. You'll partner with clients and their agencies on the creation of testing frameworks to drive innovation and prove the value of Google solutions that can then be scaled across markets.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients beyond advertising, develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges.
  • Help clients understand the media landscape, analyze user behaviors and improve their business models.
  • Partner with client and agency points-of-contact to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple ongoing initiatives.
  • Partner with Industry Managers and support teams on the development, coordination and activation of short-, mid- and long-term customer plans aligned to meet and exceed customers business objectives.
  • Leverage all available internal/external resources and measurement tools adding relevant, trustworthy data to increase advertiser performance.
