Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in management consulting.
  • Experience in business operations managing a team, service, and/or product.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • Proficiency with structuring strategic analysis using spreadsheet software.
  • Knowledge of Search, Exchange, and Brand Ads space and support ecosystem.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives paired with an effective project management mindset.

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

In this role, you'll be part of the strategy team supporting the directors of various clusters, who run the operations for Google Technical Services EMEA. You will also work in close partnership with Strategy and Operations colleagues in other regions and from our global teams. You will be an entrepreneurial and analytical problem-solver, who is keen to address business challenges related to multiple products and countries, working with multiple sets of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to the cluster directors to land the present and shape the future of our Google Technical Services.
  • Identify and drive EMEA-specific analyses and deep-dive projects. Partner across teams to execute on recommendations.
  • Plan and execute various efficiency-driving initiatives for multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with leaders to provide operational business reviews; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects.
  • Partner with Google Technical Services Ads Strategy and Business Operation teams in other regions to support EMEA-specific analyses and/or provide EMEA data perspectives and insights; Act as S&O contact to the inCountry GTM teams to drive and coordinate gTech operations (incl. metric dashboards, insights).
