We are now looking for full and part time Waking Night Support Workers to join our team in Shropshire to support adults with acquired brain injuries, autism, learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge in their own homes.
We provide waking night support in Ellesmere and Weston Rhyn.
Due to the nature of this role it is highly desirable that the successful applicant will hold a full valid driving licence and has access to their own vehicle. This will allow you to work in various locations and services.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, share our Avenues values and be enthusiastic to get involved in a variety of activities in the home and out within the community.
While you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of social care, full training is provided and you will also be supported in your mew role by your local team, from day one.

Working shifts; Monday to Sunday on a 7 day rota covering night shifts from 22:00 – 8:00 (subject to change)
Our pay is £8.23 per hour + benefits + mileage.
