For our fast-growing company, we need to expand our HR team with an enthusiastic, result driven and accurate (Tech) Recruiter. We are looking for a strong communicator, who has excellent organizing and networking skills. As a member of the team, you will work in close contact with the Corporate Recruiter and HR Business Partner.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for the whole recruitment process which starts with writing Job Descriptions, posting them on several digital channels, sourcing, screening CV’s, phone screening, planning interviews, reference checks and ends with a successful hire
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer
  • Creating effective sourcing strategies tailored to the hiring needs
  • Actively contribute to promoting our employer brand via social media, events, job fairs etc.
  • Liaise with your HR colleagues from Madrid, London and Amsterdam to align on staffing plans and processes
  • Negotiating and closing offers in an empathetic way that produces win-win outcomes

This role requires:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • At least 2 years of Tech Recruitment experience
  • A natural curiosity and limitless energy to search for the best Tech talent
  • The people skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the Payvision team (also internationally)
  • Excellent communication skills fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken)
  • Positive, proactive, hands-on and result oriented mindset
  • Independent work style but consider yourself as a team player
  • A big interest of working for a successful, international Online Payment company
