Main Purpose of the Role

Ensuring the smooth running and continued progress of commercial property transactions

Key Tasks

  1. Proactively managing and monitoring the progress of sales and purchases of care homes
  2. Managing and co-ordinating the due diligence process
  3. Reviewing and analysing transaction documentation and enquiry replies
  4. Raising and tracking enquiries
  5. Liaising with clients, solicitors, brokers, agents and other third parties
  6. Acting as a contact point for clients and third parties
  7. Directly liaising with clients to discuss aspects of the transaction
  8. Liaising with and reporting to fee earners on all aspects of matters
  9. Managing data rooms and data transfer
  10. Supporting fee earners on other aspects of matters as required
  11. Supporting the Care Home Team by:
  12. Organising, preparing and contributing to team meetings
  13. Supporting the development of the Care Home practice area by:
  14. Collating and preparing content for newsletters
  15. Assisting with/leading on organising annual care home seminar
  16. Identifying business development opportunities for the Care Home Team
  17. Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
