WHO DO WE NEED?

Sophie Eaglesham, our Head of Learning Success & Operations with real gumption and a serious passion for developing people, processes and professionals, is looking for someone who wants to focus on supporting learners to achieve their qualifications. This role also comes with phenomenal feel-good moments as we help students and businesses transform the way they work.

WHAT YOU’LL GET UP TO

To ensure we are setting the highest possible learning experience standards – providing outstanding customer service and delivering effective and impactful learning programmes – you will be accountable for:

  • Delivering a comprehensive, well-informed learner service experience to all students and apprentices.
  • Monitoring and managing learners transitioning from a completed course to a higher-level programme, ensuring access to the appropriate learning materials, and driving learning engagement in collaboration with team leads.
  • Participating in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.
  • Undertaking any other duties which may reasonably be regarded as within the nature of the duties and responsibilities of the Student Success team, that directly or indirectly impact our learners’ experiences.
  • Actively promoting and delivering the highest level of service standards, and acting as a real ambassador for AVADO.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A positive, “can do” attitude and a drive to problem solve
  • Outstanding communication skills, both internal and external
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and priority-setting abilities
  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment (desirable)
  • The ability to work with Moodle and learn other platforms as needed (desirable)
  • Experience operating on Salesforce (desirable)
