Regional Marketing Manager (Northern Europe)

As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the Joolz brand and performance in our Northern European region.You will be responsible for (further) developing and strengthening the Joolz brand and business in these regions. You will work with the various Regional Sales Managers to secure good overall performance, the appropriate regional product portfolio and the achievement of the Annual Operating Plan objectives for the regions. You will manage and be responsible for the Marketing budget and all marketing activities, promotions, trade fairs, events, 360-degree campaigns, PR and influencer marketing, for both B2C and B2B, in your region.Internally, you will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Online Marketing, Communication, Design, Product Management and Operations. You will also manage the activities and relationships with external parties like Key retailers, distributors (Eastern Europe), PR agencies, stand builders and online & offline media.You and one other colleague will work together in the Regional Marketing team, as part of which you will report to the Communication & Regional Marketing Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have completed a degree program - for a relevant course of study (Marketing or Economics) - at a university of applied sciences at the very least and will preferably have followed this up with a Master's degree.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant (international) work experience with an international consumer (lifestyle/product) brand.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge and experience of doing business in different countries and with different cultures.
  • You have a fluent spoken and written command of English and Dutch.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • You are consumer-driven and result-oriented, enjoy taking responsibility and juggling activities and want to be involved in growing the organization and the brand as if it were your own business.
  • You are passionate about international brand building and working with others to develop the business.
  • It's important to you, to continue to innovate and challenge and you want to develop further in an organization, both at a personal and professional level.
  • You are a go-getter, have a 'can do' attitude and a good eye for detail. You are also flexible, which enables you to respond quickly to change in terms of timings or opportunities in the market.
  • You enjoy organizing and working with others. You cope well with stress, are energetic and have a good sense of humour.
