As a global service provider and integrator, Atos has implemented for its customers the Atos Technology Framework (ATF).
The ATF is deployed to manage Atos outsourcing customers globally. It is composed of multiple modules to provide a range of system management, service management and automation services. Example:
- ServiceNow based Ticketing and Knowledge Management
- Monitoring, Patching
- End user portal and online Service Catalog
- SLA and KPI Reporting
- Integration bus with clients ticketing tools
- Configuration Data Management
- etc
IT Project Manager within Infrastructure and Data Management (IDM) division has overall responsibility for successful implementation of ATF for new client: solution, scope, time and budget. IT Project Manager leads projects independently or as a part of program, and provides governance to other team members.
Responsibilities:
- As a technical project manager, manage ATF client onboarding projects end to end. Drive technical engineers to stand up all ATF components required for a new or existing Atos outsourcing client.
- Manage the project from the initial presales handover to early life support.
- Act as a technical project manager: understand ATF solution building blocks and how they fulfill client requirements and meet Atos contractual obligations. Be a solution advocate.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost and risks to deliver on time and within budget.
- Issue regular project status and manage communication with internal Atos stakeholder and client representatives.
- Manage project team and resource allocation
- Ensures compliance with relevant corporate policies and standards;
- Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a project manager, technical project manager, team leader or similar is a must.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management tools (Remedy, HP Service Manager, etc)
- Technical background and motivation to learn about technical solutions and how they fulfill client requirements. Capable of working with limited support from technical architect on small to medium complexity projects
- Knowledge of IT topics (e.g. servers, network, cloud, voice, security, tooling, workplace) is a must;
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as PMP or Prince2
- Excellent presentation skills and good competency working with MS project, MS excel.
- Strong customer relations skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level);
- Certifications in project management, ITIL V3 and/or ServiceNow are a plus

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity.
Soft skills:
- Driven, pro-active, self-motivated, capable to work with a high degree of autonomy to achieve the business and project outcomes required.
Travel:
- Candidate must be prepared to travel to Europe to attend customer meetings and workshops as required. The role will involve working and managing remotely from offshore but candidates must be prepared to work onshore for an extended period of time if assigned to complex customer transitions, or where there are issues requiring on site management.
