Our HR&Payroll team is a looking for an Office Administrator seeking a demanding role working in a professional environment.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, go that extra mile in order to help achieve projects with the team and is able to work independently while being a team player, who is adaptable and willing to help out with any other administrative tasks which will include payroll tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration
  • Office Filing
  • Office Scanning
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Taking minutes
  • Postal duties with costing responsibility.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of any payroll and employee systems, to meet company, legal and statutory requirements
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of any contractor systems to meet company, legal and statutory requirements
  • Perform clerical tasks such as typing letters and photocopying.
  • Creating mail merges when issuing large volume mail
  • Coordinate storage
  • Provide ad-hoc support on projects as required
  • Stationary Ordering
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role’s level of responsibility, as required

Knowledge

  • Generalist experience of working in an office environment dealing with administrative tasks.
  • Ability in Microsoft applications, with knowledge of Word and Excel being desirable

Skills

  • The ability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Good written and telephone communication skills, with the ability to relate to external agencies, employees and all levels of management
  • Ability to work on own initiative within the required remit, setting personal objectives and presenting own decisions and concerns about anomalies, with good time management skills
  • Ability in SharePoint applications desirable but not essential.
