We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data & Project Management Intern to support the execution of strategic cloud transformation initiatives. This role combines data analytics and program management, enabling better execution tracking, data-driven insights, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams. It provides a strong foundation for a career in technology program delivery, cloud transformation, and AI-driven operations. Additionally, this role will help standardize the program execution framework, identify automation options, and drive continuous improvement.

Your role:

Key responsibilities:

Program Execution & Tracking

  • Support tracking of milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple cloud programs.
  • Maintain and enhance program tracking tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
  • Identify risks, delays, and execution gaps and proactively highlight them to stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze program data to generate actionable insights and performance metrics.
  • Prepare structured reports and dashboards for leadership updates.
  • Support automation of recurring reports and data workflows.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Assist in preparation of leadership presentations, reviews, and executive summaries.
  • Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Partners.
  • Support alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to improve program governance and execution processes.
  • Support implementation of automation solutions such as PowerApps and workflow automation.
  • Contribute to standardization of best practices for program management.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in business, engineering, information systems, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • You have strong analytical and data handling skills; Excel is required, and Power BI or Python is preferred.
  • You understand project/program management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • You can structure problems and translate data into actionable insights.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You have an interest in AI, digital health, or healthcare technology.
  • You are structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

We offer you:

  • A non-stop growth opportunity within a global multinational company.
  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on your education level and whether you need to relocate to The Netherlands. Part-time internships receive the allowance pro-rata.
  • Housing compensation: if you need to relocate near the office, a monthly allowance of €300 net applies in the vicinity of Amsterdam, and €255 net for all other Philips locations. To be eligible, a rental contract is required, and the usual home-work travel distance must be more than 50 km or 1.5 hours of travel time one way.
  • Travel compensation up to €192 net per month if you are not eligible for a free public transport card.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
