You & your role
Translate complex market infrastructure developments into clear actions and decisions for Rabobank as a Market Infrastructure Specialist. You connect internal teams and external partners, assess regulatory and industry change, and ensure Rabobank stays well positioned within evolving clearing and settlement ecosystems through analysis, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

- Supporting discussions on CLS developments and their impact on FX settlement
- Assessing regulatory changes in USD and GBP clearing infrastructures and translating these into business implications
- Contributing to initiatives on resilience, industry evolution and next-generation settlement models

- Analyse external market infrastructure, regulatory, and industry developments and translate these into actionable business recommendations with clear impact assessments for stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, operations, technology, risk and compliance teams to support infrastructure-related initiatives and decision-making
- Build and maintain relationships with external infrastructures, industry participants and partners to strengthen alignment, knowledge sharing and strategic positioning
- Support Rabobank’s strategic positioning by combining infrastructure expertise with business insight, contributing to resilience, governance and innovation in global financial ecosystems.

You & your talent
- Experience in financial market infrastructures and payments
- Experience with CLS, FX settlement or USD/GBP clearing is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory and industry developments impacting financial institutions
- Proactive, structured and strong analytical skills
- Experienced stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
