You & your job

Foundational services of our Rabo Online Platform facilitate the engineering journey for over 160+ teams. As Product Manager Frontend Foundation – Design System, you are product owner of the Design system which facilitates squads all over Rabobank to build their customer journey in the brand identity of Rabobank. You constantly adjust the system to business and design requirements, remove waste and automate where possible in the engineering journey so design system elements are used in the right way, and ensure that we become more cost effective. You will propagate the vision, bring it alive and ensure adoption within the bank and beyond.

Top responsibilities

• Create and propagate a vision and strategy in line with the goals of Rabo Online Platform within the bank.
• Develop a strong position in the bank and create a maintainable operating model to continuously improve, reduce friction and ensure adoption of the design system through input from users, designers and business.

You work as part of the department Digital Platform Frontend Foundation, together with 5 other product managers and around 70 developers, on our unified platform: Rabo Online Platform - Frontend. You and your team will work closely with your users: over 160 product owners, their developers and designers in all tribes of the bank.

You & your talent

• 4+ years of product owner experience.
• Experience with design system management.
• Focus on system adoption and success (outcomes), rather than technical deliverables (outputs).
• Proactive approach in improving solutions, embracing challenge.
• Organizational skills, creating structure and purpose.
• Ability to present convincing value propositions.
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
