Our products include durable aids for putting on and taking off therapeutic compression stockings (The Slide Solution), as well as pre-moist wash products for care recipients that need assistance in bathing (Bathing 21®).

For our International Sales Organization, we are looking for an:

ACCOUNT MANAGERThe Netherlands (South-West)

You are responsible for the complete sales process of Swash® within the assigned region. Swash® is the product behind the revolutionary Bathing 21® concept. Bathing 21® sets new standards for daily bathing and personal hygiene in the 21st century for care recipients who need assistance with bathing due to their health condition. You have a winner’s mentality and the willingness to go the extra mile to support the customer and the team.

Your challenge:

  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations required to retain customers in a competitive environment;
  • Build a 'consultative' relationship with assigned accounts to influence customer actions and buying habits;
  • Maximize value to customers and achieve retention by providing creative solutions to meet customer needs and wants;
  • Provide market intelligence and customer service feedback, both good and bad, to maximize customer satisfaction;
  • Increase the revenue opportunities with assigned accounts;
  • Directly participate in negotiation and execution of long-term contracts;
  • Educate and train caregivers about the save and correct use of the Bathing 21® products;
  • Organize and execute testing and implementation of the Bathing 21® concept product range;
  • Cross-sell products not currently under contract;
  • Close collaboration with the Internal Sales department;
  • Staying up-to-date on current market trends and competitors;
  • Accurate and timely reporting;
  • Acting as Swash® representative at trade-fairs and conferences;
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager Benelux.

Our needs:

  • Key values: Socially Responsible, Market-driven, Innovative, Leading, Energetic (SMILE);
  • Your native language is Dutch, a good spoken and written proficiency in English is required (level B2);
  • Bachelor-degree qualifications are required for this position;
  • Strong commercial skills; at least 3 years’ experience in sales;
  • A proven track record in maintaining and exceeding sales targets;
  • Proven sales ability enabling retention;
  • Previous experience and network in the Dutch healthcare business is essential;
  • Strong and engaging personality that customers will appreciate and respond to;
  • Ability to engage at different levels (nurses, managers, purchasing department);
  • Strong analytical and persuasive skills;
  • An ability to create innovative solutions and work independently in a results-driven culture;
  • Ability to communicate to peers and management clearly and in a timely manner;
  • Exemplary high standards of honesty, integrity and endeavor;
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills;
  • Ability to make deadlines;
  • Possesses a high sense of urgency and a high level of enthusiasm;
  • Ability to multi task and re-prioritize tasks;
  • Excellent attendance and reliability.
