Are you excited to be part of our dynamic team where business meets technology? Driving Rituals' growth through innovative tools within our Tech & Data department.

Share your talents

As a Business Analyst in our Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory domain, you will play a key role in one of our highest-priority initiatives within Tech & Data. The Quality Case Management project already has a clear scope and dedicated business and tech project managers in place. What is missing now is the Business Analyst who can turn this into fast paced and high quality delivery.

You will help replace today’s fragmented way of working, where quality issues are tracked through email and Excel, with one central system that brings more structure, visibility and control. In doing so, you will help the business manage quality issues more proactively, reduce compliance risks and improve decision-making. As the only Business Analyst focusing in the project, you will have real ownership from analysis through implementation. Alongside this project, you will also support smaller post-go-live improvements for the Artwork Management tool.

In this role, you will:

  • Map the current and future-state process for Quality Case Management, including issue flows from functions such as customer support and supply chain.
  • Define, challenge and translate business needs into clear functional requirements for a central quality case management solution.
  • Work closely with the business project manager, tech project manager, developers, architects and external vendors to drive delivery.
  • Support the design, testing and implementation of the new tool, ensuring processes and data flows work as intended across systems.
  • Lead and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders, document defects and follow through on improvements and resolutions.
  • Support post-go-live improvements and business requests for the Artwork Management tool (RAM / ESCO).

Bring all of you

In this role, we are looking for someone who combines structure with curiosity and knows how to move from analysis to action. You are comfortable working independently, while staying closely connected to stakeholders across business and tech. You do not stop at gathering input, but challenge assumptions, think ahead and turn complexity into clear deliverables. Above all, you enjoy improving processes that matter and like being in a role where your work directly influences progress.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Bring 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or business consultant in a tech environment.
  • Are strong in process mapping, requirements definition and business analysis documentation.
  • Have experience documenting and analysing current and future-state processes, using tools such as Miro or Lucid; BPMN is a plus.
  • Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and know how to translate findings into practical, high-quality deliverables.
  • Are proactive, organised and able to work autonomously while aligning a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Grow with us!

Note that we like to collaborate in office and we ask people to join us in our office 4 days a week, working from home the final day.
