We feel that our world needs to redefine what it means to be ​‘professional.’ According to us, our chaotic and often disruptive reality needs practical skills over theoretical models. We need to move constantly, instead of waiting for the perfect moment. We need to understand the value of failing, instead of being solely focused on winning. Control is out: let’s embrace uncertainty instead. In short: we need to develop a Growth Mindset, instead of holding on to the traditional fixed mindset.

The Talent Institute empowers the next generation of young professionals and companies to grow and innovate. We achieve this by sourcing the best talent, immersing them in the latest digital skills and connecting them with some of the finest start-ups, scale-ups and corporates. Since our start we've trained over 700+ talents! And last year - 2018 - , we set up our first international office in Melbourne, Australia and our international ambitions don't stop there!

The Digital Innovators Program is a two-year program for young professionals
with 1-3 years of (relevant) work experience. In this Program you’ll work for different corporate innovation teams to make sure you can make a real impact and are able to be part of the digital transformation. In order to empower you, you’ll be trained and coached in a wide range of (digital) innovation skills, creative leadership, personal development and future technologies. Learning by doing, that’s what we believe in. The Digital Innovators Program is here to help you kickstart your (innovation) career!

Within 2 years you'll be executive power on four till 6 projects and placed in innovation teams.
Our clients are FrieslandCampina, Nestle, Vivat, Nationale Nederlanden and Heineken.
