Our aim is to get as many children across the UK running and being active from as young an age as possible. To do this we offer two running programmes Kids Run Free, Parks & Marathon Kids, Schools.
Our message is ‘Start young, Stay fit’. We believe that every child should be given the opportunity to exercise as early as possible. More children are overweight now than ever before, and being physically active can help them avoid this, as well as providing a stepping stone should they choose to move on to other sports
