In the role of order management specialist in the Customer Operations (CO) team of ASML's Business Services (ABS) organization, you will work with SAP and translate customer needs into purchase orders.

Role and responsibilities

As order management specialist, you are part of the Customer Operations (CO) team of ASML's Business Services (ABS) organization. You are responsible for quote creation and order management execution.

In this role, you will:

• Perform effective and efficient execution in accordance with global E2E processes and tooling
• Provide input on local requirements for the global E2E Market to Cash process in order to achieve defined process metrics level end-state
• Safeguard compliance to applicable laws and regulations based on framework set by experts
• Ensure alignment with internal and external customer requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvements initiatives
• Drive standardization, simplification and automation of the relevant processes

Education and experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in finance/business economics
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in financial services and/or market-to-cash domain
• Experience with SAP ECC

Skills

• Problem solving ability – unexpected situations can occur and you are able to analyze and come up with a solution
• Great communication skill – you will be in contact with internal as well as external (customer) stakeholders
• You are working with customer orders, so a high level of accuracy is essential
• Basic knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and internal control framework is a big plus
• Affinity with new IT developments (S4HANA, RPA, continuous monitoring, portals, etc.)

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
