This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate Finance & Bonus Controlling within a fast-paced, international retail environment. As an intern, you will work on real, high-impact projects such as clearing aged accruals and resolving open disputes, directly contributing to the accuracy of financial data and operational efficiency. We are looking for a proactive and analytical intern to support our Bonus & Billing team. You will develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, work closely with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to SAP and end-to-end procurement processes. This role provides a great stepping stone for a career in finance, accounting, or business operations, while offering mentorship and the chance to make a tangible impact in a professional, collaborative environment.

Your Tasks

• Assist with preparing and processing monthly bonus calculations
• Help verify data accuracy and follow up on discrepancies
• Support the billing process, including invoice creation and documentation
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, and HR to gather and validate information
• Prepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements within the team
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and analytical tasks

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
