The Kingfish Company

The Kingfish Company is a pioneer and leader in sustainable land-based aquaculture. We produce yellowtail kingfish (also known as Ricciola/Hiramasa/Greater Amberjack), a highly versatile premium fish species well known in Italian and Asian fusion cuisines. Our operation is based on three core principles: sustainability, respect for our fish, and respect for the environment. These principles guide our design, activities, and technology decisions. Production is based on advanced recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), creating the ideal growth environment for kingfish, offering optimal biosecurity, and minimizing environmental impact. Animal welfare is paramount—our fish are grown without antibiotics or vaccines. Operations run on 100% renewable energy sourced from wind, solar, and biogas, and our facilities use seawater to conserve fresh water. As a fast-growing company, we look forward to welcoming new people to our team and an exciting future.

Our values are: Innovation, Responsibility, Collaboration, and Passion.
