About the Role

We seek an experienced and strategic Campaign and Content Manager to join our Marketing Team at our HUB Organoid’s Headquarter in Utrecht. In this role, you will drive the planning, execution, and optimization of global multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across key regions—including Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. You will also develop compelling content and support product marketing initiatives, working closely with scientific, commercial, and design teams. The Marketing Team includes the Product Development Manager and the Global Communications & Event Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Global Campaign Management:

  • Lead the development, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events) targeting a worldwide biopharma and academic audience.
  • Manage global campaign calendars, scheduling, and performance tracking across multiple time zones and regions.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and optimize strategies to maximize global reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Content Development:

  • Create, edit, and curate high-quality scientific and marketing content tailored for diverse international audiences, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email sequences, social media, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate complex science into clear, engaging messaging for different markets.

Product Marketing:

  • Support global go-to-market strategies for new products and services, ensuring alignment with regional needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and launch materials for an international audience.
  • Gather global market insights and competitor intelligence to inform marketing strategy.

Cross-functional and Cross-regional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with graphic/web designers, sales, and scientific teams across different countries to ensure brand consistency and scientific accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Merck’s global marketing and communications teams to leverage best practices and resources.

Requirements

Education:

  • PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related field (strongly preferred).
  • MSc with exceptional experience in Life Science marketing considered.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in a similar marketing, campaign management, or product marketing role within the Life Sciences or Biotech sector.
  • Demonstrated success managing and executing global marketing campaigns and developing technical content for scientific audiences.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English); additional languages a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to translate scientific concepts into compelling marketing materials for diverse global audiences.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable with a hands-on approach.
