About the role:
We are a strong global player in coffee machines, experiencing hyper growth in the Full Auto Espresso Machines segment across different regions. The Global Coffee Marketing team is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager with strong communication skills, a creative mind, and a high bias for action.
In this role, you will collaborate with the team on the design and execution of global marketing and product activations, working cross-functionally with the Innovation & Development teams to build compelling value propositions. You will be responsible for the development of master assets for annual 360-degree activation campaigns across digital and offline channels, managing product launches and foundational marketing materials. Additionally, you’ll deploy global toolkits to local markets, ensuring consistent execution and brand alignment worldwide.
